There are several ways to get becoming more active that do not include running, weight lifting.

There are several ways to becomeing more active that do not include jogging, weight lifting, or other "traditional" forms of exercise. Here are a couple of ideas to get you startedز

1) Follow your kids around the yard.

You won't believe how much exercise you'll get just playing get with your kids. Time will fly by while you are having a nice time, and your children will enjoy the extra time with you. Simply get out there and have fun.

2) Play loud music and dance around the parlor.

Simply play a piece of your favorite cheery music and dance around the home while you're tidying, doing dishes, or sprucing up the kids' rooms, or after you've been sitting around for a long time. Not only will you get your heart rate up, but you'll also have a good time executing some of those tasks.

3) Sow a couple Blossoms

Simply get out there and plant a few blooms whenever the weather is nice. Alternatively, you may start a small vegetable nursery, remove a few supports, cut the grass, or plant a tree. You've got it. Simply get outside, enjoy the sunlight and fresh air, and play in the dirt. In our text, this is referred to as an exercise.

4) Take a walk with a friend.
